Description

McGuire Air Force Base, New Jersey intends to negotiate on a Sole Source basis with Ingersoll-Rand Company for the preventive maintenance of 2 breathing air dryers (Model-DM125SP1) manufactured by Ingersoll-Rand and repair of C02 sensor system. This notice of intent is NOT a Request for Competitive Proposals. No contract award will be made on the basis of this notice. This notice does not constitute a solicitation document. Requests for such documents will not be considered. However, all information received within three (3) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered SOLELY for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information received. Services shall be completed within one (1) year. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code for procurement is 7699 with a size standard of $6 million
