Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number, N00259-03-T-0149, is issued as a request for quotations (RFQ). Award will be made based on price and availability. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-15. This is all or non bid. CLIN 0001: WIRELESS/ENDOSCOPE FOR DETECTION OF ABNORMALITIES OF THE SMALL BOWEL. CLIN 0001AA: Kit Workstation, PN: 40000, Data recorder, Recorder belt, and Sensor array, Battery charger, 2 Rechargeable battery packs, Carrying case. CLIN 0001AB: Data Recorder Kit, PN: 20451, 10 Single Use M2A Capsules, 10 Application Kits each contains, 10 Sensor Array Sleeves, 2 pads, 10 disposables razors. CLIN 0001AC: M2A 10-PAK KIT, PN: 20451, 10 Single Use M2A Capsules, 10 Application Kits each contains, 10 Sensor Array Sleeves, 2 pads, 10 disposables razors. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-15. This acquisition incorporates the following FAR clauses: 52.211-17 Delivery of Excess Quantities, 52.212-1 Instruction to Offers- Commercial Item (OCT 1995). 52.212-3 Offeror representations and certification ?
