- The requirement is amended to add an optional quantity of 640. The optional quantity will be purchased in required during fiscal year 2004. The clauses 52.217-5, Evaluation of Options; 52.217-7, Option for Increased Quantity -- Separately Priced Line Item; and, 52.232-18, Availability of Funds. IAW Clause 52.217-7, the option will be exercised within fiscal year 2004 (1 October 2003 - 30 September 2004). Quotes are due NLT noon eastern standard time on 30 September 2003. The following is the original synopsis/solicitation. The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center intends to award on a sole source basis to Command Concepts, 6251 Schaefer Ave, Suite D, Chino, CA 91710, 600 Command Boards consisting of a high density outer shell, two dry erase boards, six clipboard areas, accordion styll briefcase section, adjustable shoulder strap, hanging straps for hanging in emergency vehicles/wall/fence, incident command worksheets. Response worksheet templates are provided on rewriteable CD to allow customization. Award also includes mailing of command boards to students. Unmailed boards will be sent to the FLETC, Glynco, GA campus. Vendors may provide documentation of their products that they believe meet the requirement; however, the Government may or may not issue a solicitation for this requirement.
