Description

Procurement of contract to include remedial (unscheduled) and preventive (scheduled) maintenance, over and above work, parts and materials and travel for remedial and on-call maintenance for Government-owned Automated Data Processing Equipment (ADPE), which supports a wide variety of technical services offered by the Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC), Fort Belvoir, VA, for one year coverage beginning 10/1/2003 through 09/30/2004. The Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC) has purchased Auspex disk equipment via various orders over the past several years. At this time, DTIC requests maintenance be renewed for the period beginning 1 Oct 03 through 30 Sep 04. A 7x24, 2-hour response maintenance agreement is required for the following Auspex hardware and software. Please be sure that your vendor address matches the vendor address in the Central Contractor Registry (www.ccr.gov). A DD Form 254 which contains security requirements will become a part of the order. A complete SOW will be available upon request.
