Description

The purpose of amendment 0004 is to respond to vendor questions received to date. QUESTION #29: Is this a ?turn-key? solicitation? ANSWER: Yes, this is turn-key and your quote should reflect installation and maintenance for 3 years. Delete "The installation will be done by Polycom and the warranty is with them through SPS and AVAYS. Polycom is the integrator ? therefore they are responsible to ensure all equipment functions properly together". Offers are due 29 September 2003, 2:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time. Delivery may be made to Andrew T. McNamara Headquarters Complex, 8725 John J. Kingman Road, Suite 1145, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060-6220.
