- Description
- The utility services award to American Water Services (AWS) is for operations and maintenance and capital upgrades for the Fort Rucker water distribution and wastewater collection systems which also includes the outlying stage fields. AWS is responsible for furnishing all necessary labor, management, supervision, permits, equipment, supplies, material, transportation, and any other incidental services for the complete ownership, operation, maintenance, repair, upgrades, and improvements to the Fort Rucker Main Post and surrounding stagefields distribution utility systems. The award does not cover the purchase of commodity which is covered under separate contract. This award is made under the statutory authority of 10 USC 2688.
