- Request For Proposal (RFP) for National Stock Number (NSN) 1560-01-194-5639, FPG03240000624, Leading Edge, Aircraft in accordance with, Northrop Grumman Systems Corps. Cage: 26512, P/N 160J612505-16. Other sources listed are Grumman St. Augustine Corp., Cage: 61174, CPI Aerostructures Inc. Cage: 9U679, Cyclone Aviation Products Cage: S5503, Chem- Fab Corp. Cage: 3H339, Tens Machine Co. Cage: 8P689, Aero Technologies Cage: 3W036 and The Nordam Group Cage: 29957. This is a firm fixed price contract with a base year and a 100% quantity option. No technical data package is available at DSCR for this NSN. This requirement will be issue as a small business set-aside. No Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals will be accepted for this solicitation. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Delivery is as important as price. The base quantity is 46 each with a 100% quantity option. Award decision will be made based upon a combination of delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. FOB at Origin; Inspection and Acceptance at Origin.
