- Description
- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Wildlife Services (WS) has a requirement for aerial distribution of oral rabies vaccine baits in portions of the United States. Specific areas will be indentified in individual task requests/orders. Contractor shall provide aerial dispersal services which shall include aircraft, pilots, vaccine delivery machinery, and flight engineers (mechanics). The total number of pilots and flight engineers (mechanics) required for ORV distribution projects will be negotiable with WS (factors considered will include, but is not limited to, number of aircraft needed, size of tasked ORV distribution project, etc.) with final determination by WS National Aviation Manager. The Government intends to award one or more contracts to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and provides the best value to the Government.
