Description: An Express Study of the US Forest Service, Forest Products Laboratory building and grounds maintenance activities, invovlving 3.21 full time equivalent employees, was conducted using the "US Department of Agriculture Guide for Conducting an Express Review Competitive Sourcing Study for Functions with 10 and Fewer Positions". On 09/25/2003, the decisions was made to retain performance in house, using the existing organization to continue to perform the work under current performance provisions.
