- The purpose of this modification to the previously issued Pre-Solicitation notice is: (1) to revise the estimated schedule for release of the RFP from September 2003 to November 2003, and (2) to revise the estimated schedule for award from December 2003 to February 2004. The RFP will be issued electronically at www.fedbizopps.gov under this solicitation number DTFH61-03-R-00123. Exact proposal due date will appear in the solicitation. Estimated proposal due date is on or about 30 days from release of the solicitation.
