- Contractor to provide office copier equipment with varying capabilities to approximately 43 sites, including all consumable supplies (excluding copy paper and transparency films) and all equipment maintenance and repair parts/services. Period of Service: January 1, 2004 through December 31, 2004 with four one-year options. Full and open competition with all responsible sources considered. NAICS code: 532420, size standard is 21M. Contractors must prepare technical proposal and separate pricing proposal in response to the request for proposals. Contractors must download the solicitation from the BOS.
