- This is modification 1. Solicitation FA945304C0001 is revised as follows: BACKGROUND: Due to funding issues and change in program direction, the OT is being converted to a FAR Cost Plus Fixed Fee, or Incentive Fee, completion contract. OBJECTIVE: The available funding for this proposed effort is estimated to be between $2-6M, not including on-orbit operations. There is no change to the due date for responses of intent or receipt of proposals.
