- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. F09609-03-Q-0028 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-15. This procurement is 100% small business set-aside. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 332999; size standard is 500, SIC 3499.Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Georgia is soliciting for 34 each Lifehook L-Series top mount, anchor point, galvanized, fits 8.5? ? 10.25? pole top diameter, rotates 360 degrees, Part # L54G-TBD, 34 each MSE 50? galvanized cable self retracting lifeline with carabiner, Part # ESR50G-X, 34 each Pulse/Guardian Full Body harness, back D-ring, black nylon, universal fit 36-52 waist, Part # PBC-1 and 34 each Titan full body harness with sliding back D-ring, mating buckle legs, side D-rings, pelvic strap, universal fit 36-52? waist. Items will be delivered as follows: 3 each to MN, 2 each to MI, 4 each to SC, 8 each to TX, 2 each to PA, 2 each to DE, 2 each to AK, 9 each to NJ and 2 each to FL, within 30 days after receipt of order. Evaluation of quotes will be based on price and availability. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items shall apply. FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, shall be incorporated into any contract resulting from this notice. Applicable clauses cited in FAR 52.212-5 are 52.222-19, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.225-13 (Deviation) and 52.232-33. Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items, applies. The following clause shall apply: DFARS 252.204-7004,Required Central Contractor Registration and 252.225-7001, Buy American Act.
