Description

NA PRON: AX3F5441AX, NSN: 1660-01-179-0969, PN: 2204390-1, Quantity: 50 each to 150 each on an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the AH-64 Airframe. F.O.B. Origin with delivery to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery is 25 each 240 Days after Contract Award (DACA) and 25 each per month thereafter until contract completion. This item is restricted to Honeywell International Inc., Cage Code 70210 because the Government does not have the data needed to procure this part compet itively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to b e eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.red stone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
