PRON: AX3C0426AX, NSN: 1620-01-094-8483, PN: 114L2321-2, Quantity: 28, applicable to the CH-47 Aircraft with deliveries to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. Production Lead-time with First Article Testing is 28 each 420 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 28 each 280 DACA. Production Lead-time for Alternate II Clause is 28 each 350 DACA. This item is restricted to The Boeing Company, Cage Code 77272; Fen n Manufacturing Co., Cage Code 82001 and Loud Engineering & Mfg., Inc., Cage Code 50601, because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). Firms that can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitation by accessing the website ww.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing dat e annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be elig ible for award. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
