- NA The Air Force Health Facilities Division in conjunction with the Army Corps of Engineers, would like to invite interested parties to make a presentation of their ability to plan, program, design and construct/renovate healthcare facilities - namely hospita ls, medical clinics, warehouses, vet clinics, and health & wellness centers. Parties are also invited to present capabilities and experience in delivering healthcare projects nationwide (including Alaska and Hawaii) and potentially other locations worldwid e. Presentations should include project management, production and quality control concepts, as well as customer relations, repeat business, quality work and cost growth minimization concepts. No proposals are being requested at this time. Presentations may be given between 14-16 October 2003. Time allotted for presentations will be twenty minutes (time will be provided prior for set-up), followed by a ten-minute segment to answer Government questions. Fifteen-minute breaks are scheduled bet ween each thirty-minute presentation period. The Government will provide a screen, projection device and computer for those wishing to use PowerPoint. Interested parties may also participate via video or teleconferencing (VTC), and if this option is sele cted, the parties shall provide connectivity information for their VTC equipment. Presentation times will be chosen by lot on 7 October 2003 and presenters will be notified of their date, time and location to present, via email or fax on 8 October 2003. Presenters will have to indicate acceptance of their time in order to be included i n the final schedule. Presenters wishing to participate remotely will have to coordinate at the time of their acceptance. Information received is to be used by the Government for the development of the Air Force Medical MATOC solicitation, currently scheduled to be released 26 November 2003. Participation is strictly voluntary and at no cost to the Government, and will in no way provide participants greater access to any future contract awards.
