- The presolicitation notice is hereby modified as follows: This is a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract with an anticipated performance period of a base period of ONE year with FOUR one year option periods. The RFP will be released on approximately 7 Nov 2003 with offers due on or about 45 to 60 days after release. Note that the Contracting Officer has been changed from Susan M.
