- Description
- Fleet and Industrial Supply Center San Diego (FISC-SD)is seeking sources capable of providing ongoing Organizational Alignment Consulting Services for the Department of the Navy (DoN). This requirement stems from the Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Top Five Priorities and vision of the United States Navy, specifically in organizational and communication alignment. Contractor will provide Organizational Alignment Consulting Services in accordance with DoN specifications to evaluate current organizational capabilities and assist in developing a strategy to achieve maximum readiness and enhanced mission accomplishment. Specific requirements will include: 1) discussion/meetings with DoN staff leaders concerning development and the integration with existing DoN initiatives and performance tools; 2) formulation of a strategy and implementation of a system to measure, track and score performance metrics; and 3) deploy the system on an ongoing basis as directed by the DoN. This is not a formal request for a proposal and no contract will result from this synopsis. FISC-SD is conducting market research in an attempt to promote full and open competition to the maximum extent possible. Respondents should submit their qualifications demonstrating their ability to meet the requirements stated above to the Contract Specialist Caroline Standish via Caroline.Standish@navy.mil Responses must be received no later than 30 October 03. Telephone and facsimile responses to this synopsis will not be accepted. The Government will not pay for any materials furnished in response to this synopsis. Submittals furnished will not be returned to the sender.
