- Description
- The Bureau of Engraving & Printing(BEP) is contracting with Serena Software to provide continuing software maintenance and upgrades for fiscal year 2004. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 and 13.106-1. See numbered note 22. The resulting purchase order will not exceed the simplified purchase threshold. THe produres set forth in FAR 13.5 shall be used
