Description: The Internal Revenue Service intends to award on a sole-source basis (see numbered note 22) a purchase order for third party medical billing and collection services to Med-Am International, dba/ MedUSA, 10138 S. 460 W., South Jordan, UT 84905, a SBA registered (PROnet) small business. IRS believes MedUSA to be a unique source as they are contracted agent to a medical practice whose assets (accounts receivable) was seized by the Internal Revenue Service. IRS contends that, as agent, MedUSA holds exclusive rights to bill and collect these seized assets. This award will be for the collection of this specific third party accounts receivable only.
