- Description
- The General Services Administration (GSA), Northeast and Caribbean Region, requires Elevator Maintenance Services at the Michael J. Dillon US Courthouse (CH), 68 Court Street, Buffalo, New York. The performance period is for a one-year base with two one-year option periods. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, material, supplies, and equipment (except as otherwise provided), and shall plan, schedule, coordinate, and ensure effective performance of all services described herein. The Dillon CH is a 8-story structure with 3 passenger elevators and 1 freight/service elevator(operates between the basement and sidewalk (exterior) of the building). A site visit is encouraged. This procurement is reserved for small business concerns. All responsible sources may submit a response to the RFQ that shall be considered by the agency. The Request for Quotation (including amendments if applicable) will be available only through the Government-wide point of entry (GPE) on the Internet at: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be issued. The web site provides instructions for downloading the solicitation file. Interested parties will be responsible to monitor this site for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). The RFQ is tentatively scheduled to be posted to the web site on October 14, 2003. The NAICS Code is 811310 with a business size standard of $6 million. The RFQ due date is October 31, 2003. Anticipated award date of December 1, 2003. All responses to the RFQ will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 13.106-2 Evaluation of quotations or offers. This announcement represents the Government's official information on this project. Any information taken from other publications is used at the sole risk of the offeror.
