- Description
- DARPA intends to enter into a sole source contract with Ribomed, Inc. Ribomed will perform proof of principle experiments on the use of Isothermal Signal Generation to detect pathogenic microorganisms. The research will be conducted by a team of chemists and biologists using technologies that are proprietary and based on the RiboMaker TM system invented by Dr. Hanna, President and CEO of Ribomed, Inc. Due to the proprietary nature of the project and the technologies that will be used to carry out this effort no competitive proposals are requested by the Special Projects Office. This notice is intended for informational purposes only; it is not a Request for Proposals.
