- DESCRIPTION: This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract. Torsion Bar Suspension NSNs: 2510-01-088-1686 I/AW DWG. 19207 10898193-1; 2510-01-300-0224 I/AW DWG. 19207 12361490-1; 2510-01-300-0225 6 I/AW DWG. 19207 12361490-2; 2510-01-300-0226 I/AW DWG. 19207 12361490-3; 2510-01-300-0227 I/AW DWG. 19207 1231490-4. Distribution will be only be given to those contractors qualified to receive restricted drawings as listed in the Certified Contractors Access List (CCAL) on NSNs approximately 150 to 200 days. Unit of Issue: EACH. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote that shall be considered. See Note(s): 26. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 2003 Oct 2003 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. Drawings/Specification will be available through the DIBBS or SRweb solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class 2510. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
