- NSN 3940-00-892-4374, 14' X 14' Cargo Net Sling. Prime quantity 1270, or 1st increment of 1700 each. First Article Testing (FAT) applies, which may be waived prior to award. Delivery 390 days ADC with FAT, or 330 days ADC without FAT. FOB destination prices. Destinations are 1.Norfolk VA,2. Stockton CA, and 3. New Cumberland PA. Technical data is available on the web site http://progate.daps.mil/home during the open solicitation period. Questions will be entertained by email to edwin.lochner@dla.mil which must be titled: SP056003R0219. Any other title, (including spacing and dashes), may not be recognized and responded to timely.
