- Solicitation number SP0450-04-R-0169, LTC03246014283, NSN 9150-01-333-2517, Lubricating Oil, Air Compressor; sole approved source is Ingersoll-Rand Company, CAGE 6K358, part number 39433735. Unit container contains 5 gallons. This is a commercial item. Solicitation is unrestricted, other than full and open competition. MSDS and Hazard Warning Label are required. Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity Contract with EPA provisions for one (1) year with an option to extend for four (4) years. Estimated annual demand quantity is 200 containers; guaranteed minimum quantity is 50 containers. Inspection and Acceptance at Destination, with FOB Destination; QAP 001. Stock deliveries only to AQ5, Tracy, CA and SRG, Richmond, VA. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies; the final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued on 24 October 2003, with a closing date of 24 November 2003.
