Approved source: Kaydon Corporation, CAGE 32828. Identify to MIL-STD-130K. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Please do not submit request to DSCR-VABA. The technical/quality/test requirements for above Part Number will be in conformance with the listed drawing and I/A/W Quality Assurance Provision (QAP) B02. Critical application; DMS rating DO-A1; Required delivery 96 days After Receipt of Order (ARO); Other Than Full and Open Competition I/A/W 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1); Unrestricted (NOT set aside for small businesses); Automated Best Value System (ABVS); FOB destination with inspection/acceptance at Origin. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The contract will be effective for a one-year period with provisions included to extend the term of the contract up to four (4) one-year periods. The estimated annual quantity is 336 each per contract period. The contract will include an annual guaranteed minimum of 84 each and an annual maximum quantity of 504 each. The minimum delivery order quantity is 84 each, and the maximum delivery order quantity is 168 each. Deliveries will be DLA stock locations on the east and west coasts.
