- 3120-00-402-6649, YPG03216001912, Bearing, Plain, Self-Aligning. This is a ?source controlled?, item to Lockheed Martin Corp(98897), P/N: 4P94253-101A Rev. B. The approved sources are Sargent Controls and Aerospace (97613), Specline Inc (16746) and Southwest Products Company (81376). Unrestricted. ABVS applies. FOB Destination. Inspection/Acceptance at Origin with Quality Assurance Provision (QB02). The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Quantity: 221 each. All 221 pieces are to be delivered to New Cumberland, PA with a delivery of 280 DARO or best possible delivery. 100% option to increase quantity is included in the RFP. Solicitation issue date is October 16, 2003 with a closing date November 17, 2003.
