Items are sole source Intercomp Co, Cage 7W667, P/Ns PT300-2-10, PT300-4-10, PT300-6-10. RFP#: SP0440-04-R-0036. Contracting Officer: Jan Matthews, 804-279-5893. Issue Date: 27 October, 2003, Closing Date: 27 November 2003. Subject items are commercial. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Destination, 60 DARO. Subject RFP is for an Definite Quantity Contract. Quantity for each NSN is 100 Each. A Technical Data Package is not available for these NSNs and requestors should not submit TDP requests to DSCR-VABA. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
