- Description: Unrestricted, Solicitation number SP0450-04-R-0253, LTC03171012706, NSN 9150-01-393-1749, Grease Aircraft and Instrument, Qualified Products List (QPL) applies, in accordance with (IAW) MIL-PRF-27617F. Refer to Section L, clause 52.211-9G13 for obtaining such data. Unit container, 2 OZ Tubes, This NSN is procured as fully competitive in accordance with military/federal specifications/standards and/or voluntary industry standards. MSDS and Hazard Warning Label are required. Solicitation is unrestricted, full and open competition after exclusion of sources. Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity Contract with EPA provisions for one (1) year with an option to extend for four (4) years. Estimated annual demand quantity is 276 TUBES; guaranteed minimum quantity is 69 TUBES. Inspection and Acceptance at Origin, with FOB Destination Stock/ FOB Origin DVD shipments; QAP 004, delivery is 48 days ARO for DLA stock shipments, DVD 1 DARO priorities 1-3,all other priorities 3 DARO. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies; the final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
