Description: Unrestricted, Solicitation number SP0450-04-R-0252, LTC03247014320, NSN 9150-01-439-2070, Synthetic Lubricating Oil, Aircraft Turbine Engine; Qualified Products List (QPL) applies, in accordance with (IAW) MIL-PRF-23699. Refer to Section L, clause 52.211-9G13 for obtaining such data. Metal Drums containing 55 gallons. This NSN is procured as fully competitive in accordance with military/federal specifications/standards and/or voluntary industry standards. MSDS and Hazard Warning Label are required. Solicitation is unrestricted, full and open competition after exclusion of sources. Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity Contract with (EPA) Economic Price Adjustment provisions for one (1) year with an option to extend for four (4) years. Estimated annual demand quantity is 260 DRUMS; guaranteed minimum quantity is 66 DRUMS quarts. Inspection and Acceptance at Origin, with FOB Destination; QAP 196. Stock locations (SRG) Richmond, VA and (AQ5) Tracy, CA, Delivery 50 DARO. Lot acceptance testing is required. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies; the final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
