- Description
- Anticipate a FFP Indefinite Quantity contract, RFP, Unrestricted, other than full and open competition after exclusion of sources, commercial items for 4 Coolant Fluid, QPL applies. I/A/W MIL-PRF-87252C, Multiple NSN?s 9150-01-306-2475 for estimated annual quantity of 4,202 QT, NSN 9150-01-306-2470, 146 DR, Stock/DVD requirement, Stock location SRG, Richmond, VA and AQ5, Tracy, CA. MSDS and hazard warning labels are required. COS is coded Y therefore the solicitation is IAW Far Part 12. RFP will result in a base year plus four (4) option years to the stock locations . All NSNs have inspection and acceptance origin, QAP 004. The solicitation will contain EPA provision and does not contain progress payments, quantity variance plus 5% minus 5%, delivery is 55 days ARO for DLA stock shipments, DVD 1 DARO priorities 1-3,all other priorities 3 DARO. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway on or about October 28, 2003 at http://progate.dla.mil/on the same issue date cited in the RFP.
