- Description
- The Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) intends to add approximately 40 NSNs to existing corporate contract #SP0400-04-D-9402 covering various sole source aircraft parts to Barry Wright Controls, Cage Code 81860. The Government physically does not have in its possession sufficient, accurate, or legible data to purchase these parts from other than the current source; and our records indicate that these parts must be purchased direct from the manufacturer, Barry Wright Controls. The solicitation was issued as Unrestricted, Other Than Full and Open Competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304, (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(i) and (2). The period of performance will cover up to five years, including all option years. The proposed contract type is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ). The guaranteed minimum will be based on 25% of the total four-quarter quantity stated in dollars. Minimum order, maximum order, and maximum contract quantities or dollar values will be specified in the letter Request for Proposal (RFP). The corporate contract may contain a combination of NSNs maintained in DLA stock and/or proposed as Direct Vendor Delivery.
