- NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE. Negotiations will be conducted with the K-Ray Security, Morgantown, WV for the addition of one guard to perform metal detector services at the main entrance to the NIOSH facility in Morgantown, WV for fiscal year 2004. K-Ray is currently providing security services for the stated site and it is considered in the Government?s best interest to negotiate on a sole source basis for the additional services. K-Ray is a small, disadvantaged business concern. This notice is for informational purposes only. Requests for quotations will not be available.
