- Description
- Provide otolaryngology services for the period December 1, 2003 through November 30, 2004. Services to be performed for and at the VA Medical Center, Grand Junction, Colorado. Services include otolaryngology procedures/surgeries and two monthly outpatient clinics during the contract period. This is a commercial item being solicited under authority 38 USC 8153. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. RFP will be available and posted to this website October 7, 2003. Proposal is due November 7, 2003 by 4:00pm local time. NAICS for this procurement is 62111 with a size standard of $8.5 million. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business.
