- Description
- Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and materials to furnish and install concrete grave liners at Fort Sill National Cemetery, 2648 NE Jake Dunn Road, Elgin, OK 73538. Contract covers base period (Date of contract award) through September 30, 2004, with up to four (4) one (1) year options to extend the term of the contract through September 30, 2008. This acquisition is unrestricted. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 327390 is applicable. Request for a hard copy of the solicitation must be in writing to Mrs. Janice E. Corlew, Contract Specialist, and accompanied by a check or money order in the amount of Five Dollars ($5.00) (non-refundable), payable to "U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs." Please reference Solicitation Number IFB 58-04 on remittances. No telephone requests will be accepted. Hard copy solicitations will be issued via the ordinary mails on or about October 15, 2003. The solicitation may also be obtained FREE OF CHARGE from VA's Business Opportunities System via the internet at the following URL address on or about October 15, 2003: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/solicitation?number=786-58-04. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Bidders are advise that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
