- Provide all necessary labor and materials to perform removal and installation of carpet in Building 1600 at Sheppard AFB TX in accordance with Statement of Work, Specifications, and Drawings.This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business. Solicitation and subsequent amendments will be posted via Electronic Posting System (http://www.eps.gov). Paper copies will not be provided. Contractors are solely responsible for monitoring the Internet and obtaining the solicitation and amendments and downloading them for their files.
