- NA The contractor shall perform interior and exterior repair and maintenance (repair by replacement may be necessary) of 250 Military leased Family Housing units, and one (1) Community Center at Heritage Village, Raeford, North Carolina . Military family hou sing maintenance services apply to all government leased houses, community center, service center, equipment, appliances, garages, storage sheds, fences, openings and gates, playgrounds, recreation areas, ball fields, roads, curbs, sidewalks, driveways, pa rking areas, walking paths, and bus shelters. The North American Industry Classification System(NAICS) is 238990 and the small business standard is $12,000,000. This requirement is a 100% set aside for small business. As authorized under FAR Subpart 13.5 , simplified procedutes will be used to evaluate offers and award a contract. Proposals shall be submitted to Directorate of Contracting, Building 1-1333 Armistead & Macomb Streets, Fort Bragg, NC 28310. Multiple awards will not be made. Numbered Note 1 is applicable.
