- NA Non-personal services to include labor, material, charges and fees necessary to monitor and analyze water samples from 17 monitoring wells located at the landfill on Sierra Army Depot, Herlong CA for the period of 1 year beginning October 2003 through 30 S eptember 2004 with four option years. A registered Civil Engineer or Registered Engineering Geologist shall perform all supervision and laboratories certified by the State of California shall perform all analysis. The North American Industrial Classifica tion Code (NAICS) is 541380. The related small business size standard is $6.0 Million. This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% small business set-a-side. Anticipated award date is October 16, 2003. All responsible sources may submit a quote, whic h shall be considered. In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. The anticipated posting of this solicitation is October 1, 2003.
