You may fax or mail your request ATTN: AMSAM-AC-LS-C, Pam Myres, Contracting Officer, or Angela Branch, Contract Specialist, telephone number 256-955-9307 or Fax 256-955-7725. PRON: AX3C0418AX, NSN: 1560-01-326-7231, APN: 114R3434(-9), Quantity: 120 each, plus two 100% options , applicable to CH-47 Airframe. Destination with deliveries for a quantity of 120 going to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. Required Delivery Schedule with First Article Testing is 60 each, 450 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 60 each following until contr act completion. Required Delivery Schedule without First Article Testing is 60 each, 300 (DACA) and 60 each following until contract completion. Required Delivery Schedule with Alternate II is 60 each, 375 (DACA) and 60 each following until contract com pletion. This is restricted to: The Boeing Company, Cage Code 77272, Fenn Manufacturing Company, Cage Code 82001 and Olympic Tool & Machine Corporation, Cage Code 56811. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in ord er to maintain the quality of the part. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing t he website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing da te stated above.
