- Description
- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) requires contractor services to administer annual recreational visitor satisfaction surveys. These services include, but are not limited to, producing a survey instrument, providing a sampling plan and conducting and administering the survey. The contractor shall create the survey form, collect and analyze the data, and report the outcome. USFWS anticipates surveying approximately fifty refuges. The period of performance will include a base year plus four option years. The Request for Quote (RFQ) is expected to be posted electronically on or about October 15, 2003. Interested contractors shall obtain a copy of the RFQ by accessing http://ideasec.nbc.gov. This notice of intent is not a request for quote. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government based on the Government's needs and requirements.
