- PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE NOTICE CAREFULLY. The Department of the Interior, Minerals Management Service, Offshore Minerals Management, announces its intention to conduct an A-76, Streamlined Competitive Sourcing Study, of one Visual Information Specialist (electronic media and graphic arts support) in Herndon, VA. Government personnel are the incumbent service providers. The Contracting Officer is Michael W. Hargrove, Minerals Management Service, Herndon, Virginia. The DOI Competitive Sourcing Official is Lynn Scarlett, Assistant Secretary, Policy, Management and Budget. The projected end date of the competition is December 30, 2003.
