- Description
- The U.S. Geological Survey, Lee town Science Center, has a requirement to make a competitive award via written request for quotation No. 04ERQQ0005 to provide preventive maintenance program for pneumatic control system equipment and components located in Bldg. #2 Program to include one (1) minor heating system inspection, one (1) minor cooling system inspection, one (1) major heating system inspection and one (1) major cooling system inspection. Vendor to supply written reports of findings, corrective actions and recommendations following each visit. Emergency services to be provided 24 hours / 365 days per year on a discounted time- material basis. Special provision: Option to renew up to four additional years. The list of equipment to be covered and services provided for each inspection will be in the RFQ. THIS AWARD WILL BE MADE UNDER THE SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION THRESHOLD OF $100,000.00 THIS IS A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Funding is subject to availibilty. The anticipated award date is 10/16/2003. NAICS is 333415 and SIC is 35858. Responses to Solicitation No. O4ERQQ0005 may be submitted to the following website: http://ideasec.nbc.gov.
