- Description
- The US Navy invites you to attend an information session regarding potential leasing of Federal Property for commercial antennas by the private sector at several bases in the Northeast Region. The Navy proposes to make several potable water towers throughout the region available for the installation of cell phone antennas. The Navy plans to issue a minimum of 5 year lease to a developer in return for receiving fair market consideration in the form of services. The meeting will be held: Thursday, October 9, 2003 9:00 am - 1:30 pm in the Hampton Inn 300 Long Hill Rd (US Route 1) Groton, CT 06340 The Navy will briefly explain the process for leasing the property, the type of consideration expected, the contract mechanism that will be used, and a question-and-answer session.
