- Description
- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport intends to procure 30 ea. Header Assemblies, P/N 2983/2-012, on a Limited Source basis between D.G. O?Brien, Seabrook NH; ITT Cannon, Santa Ana, CA; and LL Rowe, Woburn, MA. This will result in a Fixed Price contract. Limited competition procedures are used as the drawings are SOURCE CONTROL DRAWINGS and whoever makes this item must be on its? qualified source list. The time for qualification is estimated to take one year. This proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only three sources using SAP and Commercial item procedures as set forth in FAR Parts 12 and 13. Any vendors who may be interested in becoming an approved source for this item should contact the Contracting Officer for further information on the qualification process. NAICS: 332995.
