- Description
- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing intends to place an order with SAP Public Services Inc. for Software Maintenance License renewal for SAP?s R/3 sales and distribution system for Fiscal Year 2004. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 and 13.106-1. The resulting purchase order will not exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. The procedures set forth in FAR13.5 shall be used.
