- Description
- The Bureau of Engraving & Printing (BEP) intends to place an order with Matik North America for 3 ea of holding ledge. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.203 and 13.106-1. The resulting purchase order shall not exceed the simplified purchase threshold. The procedures set forth in FAR Part 13.106 shall be used. See numbered note 22.
