Description
Notice is hereby provided that the refreshed Standing Solicitation for Multiple Award Schedule 874 Management, Organizational and Business Improvement Services (MOBIS) will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website on the Internet at http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about September 30, 2003. This new solicitation number TFTP-MC-000874-B (Refresh #7) will replace solicitation number TFTP-MC-000874-2, (posted on May 10, 2002 and includes updated clauses and provisions. If offerors have not expended significant effort under the previous versions it is requested that they propose under the refreshed solicitation). Background Information: This solicitation includes the Economic Price Adjustment clause. Vendors are responsible for payment to Open Ratings, Inc. for past performance evaluation. The major elements of MOBIS are to supply services and or support products to support agencies in the implementation of management, organizational and business improvement efforts. The SIN?s are as follows: SIN 874-1 Consultation Services, SIN 874-2 Facilitation, SIN 874-3 Surveys, SIN 874-4 Training, SIN 874-5 Support Products, 874-6 Privatization, Support Services and Documentation (A-76), 874-7 Program Integration and Project Management Services, 874-8 Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Services and SIN 874-99 Introduction of New Service. This Solicitation does not have a closing date, contracts awarded will have variable contract periods, this Worldwide Federal Supply Schedule does not have a prescribed beginning and ending date. The schedule period will be continuous, and will be for Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contracts, allowing for a Labor Hour Task Order based on Firm-Fixed Prices. Contract periods will commence on the date of award (DOA) and expire in five years from the DOA, (unless extended based on the three 5-year options, to extend the term of the contract, Clause I-FSS-163 OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT (EVERGREEN) is included in the solicitation). GSA is only issuing this solicitation/request for proposal through the FedBizOpps Internet Site, GSA will not provide paper copies of this solicitation. Interested parties may access the solicitation at Internet address http://www.FedBizOpps.gov. This site contains information describing the Federal Business Opportunities and how to register to receive automatic notices of acquisitions. Prices will be requested FOB destination. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by this agency.
