- SEATTLE, WASHINGTON (SUBCONTRACTOR PROPOSALS) - JA Jones/Absher Construction Company {Construction Manager as Contractor (CMC)} is requesting subcontractor proposals for the construction of interior Tenant Improvements office space (approximately 75,000 SF) in the new United States Courthouse located at 700 Stewart Street in downtown Seattle, Washington.
