- Description
- The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to negotiate solely with Serena Software International, 2755 Campus Drive, San Mateo CA 94403, for the renewal of annual maintenance and support of the proprietary software, Comparex MVS CPU Software for the period of October 1, 2003 through September 30, 2004. Comparex MVS is currently installed and operating on machines at the Social Security Administration in Woodlawn, Maryland. Interested partied are invited to submit information concerning their capabilities, experience, and other data pertinent to their ability to maintain Comparex MVS CPU Software no later than 5:00 p.m. EST October 1, 2003. Identify your response as COMPAREX. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The government will not pay for any information provided.
