- PR-No.: IQC03225009047. NSN 5855-01-046-7272. MOUNT, VIEWER. Full and Open competition applies. SBSA First Article Testing is not required. Quantity-to-be-determined to be delivered at the rate of 500 ea in 180 days, 250 ea every 30 days thereafter. All shipments are to be CONUS. Various increments solicited: 250 to 499, 500 to 749, 750 to 999, and 1,000 to 2,500. Whike price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offerors, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation is not available until Oct. 17, 2003. Copies can be obtained on www.dibbs.dla.mil.
